Introduction:

          Hepatitis B vaccines for Health care workers were support by Ministry of public health in August 2015.

Methods:

          1,626 Individual immunization histories had been taken lecture September 2015 – January 2017. 19.1% were immunized. 2.1% were HbsAg positive . 13.3% ‎refused to anticipation 1,065 cases , 65.5% of all Health care workers , joined the vaccination program. Tests for HbsAg and AntiHbs were performed. Prior to vaccination 1 month after 3 shot immunization, retest for AntiHbs were perfomed to consider 3 more shot.

Results:

         86.8% were immuned to Hepatitis B. 2.3% were HbsAg positive. 6% refused vaccination after blood test. 10 cases (0.9%) were not responded to 1st course of vaccine only 6 cases agree to get 2nd course of vaccination. Conclusion and Discussion: 75.8% were immuned. Those who had HbsAg positive get individual recommendation. Vaccination policy for high risk group should be mandatory.
